Pokémon Go is set to welcome the pocket monsters from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet in September 2023.
Disclosed during the August Pokémon Presents event, only limited details were provided about this fresh collection of Pokémon. Nonetheless, this update will introduce creatures like Fuecoco, Sprigatito, and Quaxly to the mobile game.
The announcement stated, “Suit up for adventure and head out in search of Pokémon from every region, from Kanto to Paldea. As we continue through Pokémon Go’s seventh year, your adventures will only continue to expand with the entire world as your stage.”
The approach to releasing the Scarlet and Violet Pokémon remains undisclosed, whether they will be introduced all at once or in a gradual manner, akin to more recent generations. Nonetheless, the wait for fans to learn more won’t be overly long.
In addition to this, The Pokémon Company unveiled another noteworthy update about Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: the inaugural major expansion of the games, titled “The Teal Mask,” is slated for release in September.
Furthermore, the event also brought to light news about a special Mew and Mewtwo event, along with the introduction of two new animated series and the revelation of two Pokémon games set to come to Nintendo Switch Online.
