1. When can I get my order?

GH Rider: Latest between 3PM-8PM on Mon-Sun.
**Due to pandemic and roadblocks, there could be delays in deliveries till 10PM.

Standard Shipping: Minimum 2-3 working days.

Express / Drive thru: Please wait for our team to contact you when your item is ready to collect.

2. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped out we will send you a shipment confirmation email along with the delivery information and a tracking number to track your order online.

3. How do I get same day delivery?

For all ready stock orders placed before 3PM, you will receive the order on the same day. However due to the pandemic and roadblocks, please expect a delay in deliveries till 10PM.

4. Can I self-collect my order?

Self-collect (Drive-thru) service is available, you can either pick up your order from our outlet or our HQ warehouse.

5. Can I change my order?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order changes. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by calling our customer service at +6016-2991681. Please be sure to let us know your order number and what changes need to be made. We will notify you as soon as possible, before your order is processed.

1. When will my order be shipped out?

Once your order is packed, it will be shipped out within 24hrs.

2. What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary depending on the shipment choices.

You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

3. How can I get free shipping?

Within west Malaysia, any purchase made above RM400 will be applicable for free shipping.
While for east Malaysia, any purchase made above RM400 will be applicable for 50% lower shipping cost.

4. When will my pre-order ship out?

All pre-order items will be shipped out on the release date.

5. Can I change my shipping address?

You can easily change your shipping address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” and “addresses” and edit. You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process if you need.

1. What payment options are available?

Payments are accepted via credit cards via Visa MasterCard, online banking, e-wallets, Buy Now Pay Later (Grab, Pace).

PACE

1. What is Pace?

Pace is another type of payment method that you may choose to pay for your order in a 3 months instalment. You need to download the mobile app & register an account with Pace. Some verifications are required in order for them to set your credit limit. Once registered, then you may proceed with your purchase on our webstore & select the Pace option upon the checkout page of your order.

2. Can I use credit/debit cards in Pace payment?

For the Pace instalment plan, both credit and debit cards can be used. However, for debit cards please ensure that the online transaction feature is activated and the account has sufficient balance for the monthly deduction of the payment in order to prevent any late fee charges.

3. How do I redeem a Pace coupon / promo code?

Kindly check out with your order first and once you select Pace as your payment option in the checkout page, you’ll be redirected into Pace payment gateway and in that page, you may key in the voucher code to redeem.

4. If I use a Pace instalment, do I have to wait after all installments are done to get my item?

For payments using Pace instalment plan, we will proceed with the order and ship it out  once the first payment is approved.

WARRANTY

1. What is your return policy?

Gamers Hideout is here to assist you in any case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The returned item shall fulfill our criteria in order to be eligible for a return:
• Unused and in the same condition that customers have received it.
• In the original packaging.
• Must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Where is my refund?

Once we have received your returned item or the refund has been approved according to your issue, we will then send you an email notification of receipt of your refund. The refund process will take up to 7 working days, and it will be issued to your credit card (or original method of payment).

3. What is your warranty policy? Do you have any extended warranty?

Gamers Hideout ensure our products are warranted against manufacturing defects.

All our products have a certain warranty period, however in any case you feel that you would like a longer warranty period – we do offer our Gamers Protection Plan (GPP) for a nominal additional fee.
