2. The contest is limited to one entry per person.
3. Participants must fill out the form below and submit to be eligible.
4. TWO winners will be randomly selected.
5. Winners will be notified via phone call within one week after the contest ends.
6. To claim the prize, winners must provide necessary information for verification.
7. By entering the contest, participants agree to allow the use of their names and submitted content for promotional purposes.
8. Gamers Hideout reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest, if necessary, and under specified conditions.
