Blind Box Promo Terms and Condition (T&C)

1. Blind Box Promotion is limited to one purchase per customer only. (1x Random Mystery Blind Box Game).
2. Blind Box Promotion is valid from December 16th, 2022 until December 21th at 2:00pm, or while stock last.
3. Please note that blind box item received are FINAL SALE, strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. The Blind Box game is randomized, customers are not allowed to choose what game they prefer.
5. Gamers Hideout is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in the shipment process.
6. Entry into the Blind Box Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
7. Items delivered will be in accordance to the options chosen by the customer. No changes is allowed after the purchase has been made.
8. Designs of the gift bags and gift cards are subjected to change without further notice.
9. For the live drawing of the blind box event, please check our Facebook page on the December 21st, 2022 at 8.30pm.
10. All items will be delivered starting from December 22nd, 2022 onwards. Shipment process will be entirely depending on the shipment company and the delivery conditions.
11. “Free Same Day Delivery” option is only available for Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur areas only. Customers from other areas can choose other delivery options.
12. Gamers Hideout reserves the right to change the Blind Box Promotion terms and conditions at any time.
