INTRODUCTION
1.1 Gamers Hideout operates a trade-in programmer (“TGR”) which allows pre-owned games software and consoles to be traded-in, in return for cash or store credit.
1.2 To participate in “TGR”, you will provide a receipt to sign and return to us before passing your Pre-Owned Product.
1.3 We reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions and/or to cease the Programme at any time in our sole discretion.
1.4 The new Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately.
OWNERSHIP AND STATUS
2.1 You confirm that :
2.1.1 The Pre-owned Products you submit to us are not counterfeit or stolen ;
2.1.2 You are a consumer and are not acting on behalf of any other entity ;
2.2 Pre-Owned Products submitted to us will be determined by us in our sole discretion based on the condition, age and market value of the Pre-Owned Product.
2.3 Any pre-Owned Products deemed to be counterfeit or stolen will be reported to the relevant authorities and are not eligible for the Programme.
2.4 We will at our discretion require verification ID for any trade-ins; Acceptable forms of ID include two of the following :
2.4.1 Malaysian IC (“Kad Pengenalan”) / Passport Number ( Foreigners ) or Driving License;
2.4.2 Where a request by us for proof of ID is not met, we reserve the right to refuse any trade-in transaction.
TRADE-IN AND PAYMENT
3.1 Once you have received our valuation you may either:
3.1.1 Accept the valuation and trade-in your Pre-Owned Product, in which case we will pay the valuation price to you via bank-in or by adding into your in-store credit return for the Pre-Owned Products; or
3.1.2 Reject the valuation, in which case your Pre-Owned Product will be returned to you.
3.2 All bank-in will take 2 to 3 working days to process. ( not including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday )
3.3 Strictly no refund once a trade-in is confirmed.
