Purchasing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Handle weekly sales and inventory reports
• Handle weekly restocks from suppliers and distribution to physical sales channels
• Update product’s latest information to all sales channels
• Site visit to malls around Klang Valley to understand the latest product offerings and trends
• Execute and follow up on administrative task and progress
• Reports directly to Product Manager

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge on using Microsoft Office software
• Passionate and Self-motivated
• Open-minded and willing to learn
• Friendly and open communication
• Completion of task in an independent working environment
• Detail-oriented
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
