Outlet Sales Assistant (Full-Time) – 1 Utama
Responsibilities:
• Stay updated on product knowledge.
• Contribute to a fun and vibrant store atmosphere.
• Welcome customers into the store and provide excellent customer service.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues professionally and promptly.
• Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and processing purchases.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are appealing.
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old*.
• Candidates must possess at least SPM qualification.
• Familiarity with video games is a plus and preferred.
• Fresh graduate / at least 1 year of experience in retail preferred.
