Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned products category, involving of marketing planning and materials, product selection, and execution of pricing strategies in support of sales and profit
- Create and Analyze promotional strategy and leverage product/consumer trends and historical data across all categories, to effectively support business strategies
- Achieve sales, share and profit targets, while appropriately balancing customer loyalty, innovation and blended margin
- Develop, manage, and execute strategic plans for purchases assigned procurement categories or lines of business
- Product Lifecycle Management of all inventories. Manage open-to-buy, maintain margin targets, adhere to, and maintain company inventory levels, meet department and individual gross margin return of investment metrics to help achieve overall sales and margin objectives.
- Work closely with Product Development member, Logistics, eCommerce and Marketing to make sure all information is sync toward all departments.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in product management, business development or related roles.
- Demonstrates a high degree of numerical proficiency, easily comprehending and manipulating numerical data.
- Preferred with retail industry experience.
