Business Development Executive (Junior/Senior)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings, quality, and delivery performance of products.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to determine product needs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure consistent supply and favorable pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to manage lead times and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to support sales strategies.
• Analyze market trends and make recommendations for product selection and pricing.
• Conduct regular price comparisons and negotiate pricing and terms to achieve optimal profitability and sales performance.
• Work with sales team to understand customer needs and provide input on product selection, pricing, and promotion strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve purchasing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, with a focus on sales strategies.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with point of sales / inventory management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
