The historical simulation game features a large amount of “Memoirs,” which are historically accurate events and anecdotes turned into “Free Events.” When you clear a Memoir, it comes with a bonus to the officer’s maximum growth potential.

Battles consist of two stages, “March” and “Decisive Battle.” During the March stage, you will move along a map of the country. If you collide with an enemy, you will enter Decisive Battle on a battlefield map.

Each battlefield has its own size and attributes, so it is necessary to consider where you fight against which enemies. In a Decisive Battle, there is the “Command Phase,” where you decide your strategy and position your troops, and the “March Phase,” where you confirm the outcome of those decisions.
