Tomtoc Product Warranty claim:

1. Every Tomtoc product comes with a one year warranty.
2. Receipt must be presented for warranty claim.
3. Warranty is claimable when the product has manufacturing defect, such as:
a) Zip issues
b) Logo came off
c) Stitches issues
4. Direct 1-to-1 exchange is allowed on the spot for defects mentioned above.
5. Defect products are required to be sent back to the warehouse with receipt / SI number.
6. Defect not mentioned above will need to be sent back to the warehouse and we will proceed to send them back to Tomtoc for inspection.
7. Inspection will usually be done within 1 month.
8. Warranty registration on the Tomtoc Malaysia website is recommended, as customers will get to enjoy 1+1 warranty (2 years).
