The Company is not liable and the warranty does not apply, if the Goods:

1. Is used for commercial purpose or is modified
2. Is damaged by negligence, misuse, abuse
3. Has had the serial number altered, defaced, tampered with or removed
4. Is used in any way that is in breach of any system software license agreement or used for any other purpose other than that for which it was designed
5. Any loss or damage to the Product resulting from fire, howsoever caused.
6. Any loss or damage to the Product resulting from an act of God (including without limitation, events such as floor, earthquakes)
7. For Goods supplied with built-in and/or external storage media (“Storage Media”) – data saved in the Storage Media is excluded from this warranty. With respect to repair service for the Storage Media provided, it is solely the customer’s responsibility prior repair/exchange to backup any data stored in the Storage Media. The Company shall not be responsible for any damage or losses of any data stored in the Storage Media.

For West Malaysia:

Shipping fee of the product to Gamers Hideout is beared by the consumer. Whereas for return shipment to consumers, the shipping fee will be beared by Gamers Hideout.

For East Malaysia :

Consumer will have to bear both shipping fees to and from Gamers Hideout.
