Overall product from 8BitDo are excellent
Controller feel as premium as some of the first party one. Ergonomic is ok, once you hold it in a very specific way it become very comfortable
The included dock also felt very premium and consistent with the controller
The purchase experience with Gamer's Hideout is also nice and easy. But the courier DHL suck, 5 day until receive my parcel.
The packaging in the other hand is terrible. Gamer Hideout doesn't include any bubble wrap to protect your product at all hence some damaged on the box.
Those who wish to keep and display the box may need to pay attention.
But the inside was no damaged and all function well
Also accidentally purchased the insurance option.
