Job Description

As an Outlet Supervisor, you will lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer experience, and achieving sales targets. You’ll also mentor team members, uphold store standards, and maintain the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that represents our brand.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day outlet operations and ensure smooth store performance.
  • Lead, motivate, and support Sales Assistants to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve outlet targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product displays.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or team management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Interest in gaming or lifestyle products is a plus.
