Outlet Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Sales Assistant responsibilities and manage the entire store in the absence of the Store Supervisor.
• Maintain a cleanliness & Tidiness and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are appealing.
• Provided the sales training and close monitor to all crew member sales performance
• Focus on sales target among all crew member including the personal sales target
• Assist outlet manager to manage day-to-day operations of the retail outlet, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge.
• Welcome customers into the store and provide excellent customer service.
• Provide expert knowledge and recommendations regarding video game products.
• Provide the professional customer services and become the role model to all sales assistant

Requirements:

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Preferred: Knowledge and interest in video games.
• Candidates must possess at least STPM/A-levels, Diploma or Degree in any related field.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, and/or management.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Melayu is required, additional dialects will be a strong advantage.
• Enthusiastic personality with a strong desire to interact with customers and provide exceptional customer experiences.
