Inventory Control and Merchandising Officer (Junior/Senior)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the inventory management system of the company
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies
• Ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Monitor inventory levels and determine reorder points
• Conduct regular inventory audits
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs
• Prepare inventory reports for management
• Ensure products are displayed according to procedure and in manner at outlets
• Oversee demo displays at outlets for the latest products 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field
• Proven experience in inventory control and management / Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Proficiency in point of sales/inventory management software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
