● Replacement with a new unit which is originally a product. Company will replace Your Covered Product once the Covered Product’s problem is confirmed.
● One to one exchange based on stock availability. If Our outlet doesn’t have the stock, You can choose either replace it with the same category and same value of the product or allow Us to proceed on the exact model within three (3) working days.
● If Covered Product’s model is already in the phase of End-Of-Life. Covered Product will be replaced with a product of like kind and quality which is in the same value as You paid during the first transaction. Else, You may also change it into Our store credit value.

2. Limited to domestic and personal use;
3. The Covered Product must be presented with the valid unique logo sticker;
4. Any product with GPP can only change back to the same product, or can only change to product with the conditions met below.
   A) The item had stop producing, then is only eligible to change to other same price product.
   B) If You have chosen a higher-priced item compared to the original item, You shall top up the GPP Tier.
